- I provide exceptional service by keeping a small listing inventory. A limited inventory allows me and my team to give each listing the individualized attention and time that is needed to get it sold.

- The description of your home will be artfully written to serve as an enticing invitation to visit your home. This is important because, increasingly, buyers choose the properties they want to see from the Internet before they ever visit a property in person. Your home will be marketed in a way that is appealing to buyers.

My Bio
Before arriving in Santa Fe in 1998, I was a top producer in Houston with the Sotheby’s affiliate, John Daugherty Realtors and had my own real estate company in Galveston, Texas. I hold a real estate broker’s license in both Texas and New Mexico.
I am a native Houstonian. I graduated Mount Vernon College (now part of George Washington University) in Washington, D.C., with a degree in Human Development, specializing in Childhood Education.
I am devoted to the community of Santa Fe and to my rescue fur-baby, Emma Amelia.
My Service to the Real Estate Community
I was named Realtor of the Year 2010 and Awarded the Special Merit Award in 2014 by the Santa Fe Association of Realtors. I served on the Board of Directors for the Santa Fe Association of Realtors (SFAR) from 2007 to 2009 and its committees: Community Services Committee 2008; Nominating Committee 2010; Realtors’ Political Action Committee (RPAC) 2010; RPAC Chair 2012 to present, Marketing Committee 2010, 2011 and 2012; and Election Team Committee 2009–2011, 2014. I served on the Real Estate Association of New Mexico (RANM) Board of Directors in 2012, and was selected once again to serve 2014-2016. As a founding member of the Santa Fe Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), I served in the following positions: President, 2006; Fundraising Chair, 2007 and 2008; and the Holiday Gala Committee, 2005 to present. I have contributed at the Sterling R level to RPAC to protect home ownership and property rights since 2008. Since 2005, I have held the professional designation of CRS as a member of the Council of Residential Specialists.
My Service to the Non-Profit Community
I am committed to charity work and currently serve on the Board of Directors for IMPACT Personal Safety. I am a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, have volunteered with March of Dimes and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and helped form the Galveston affiliate of Habitat for Humanity. I served on the Women Build Committee for Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity; am a founding member of the annual Kentucky Derby Day Event and was its chairperson until 2015; and I give my time and resources to many Santa Fe Charities, including Southwest CARE Center, Fine Arts for Children and Teens (FACT), the Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Humane Society, Santa Fe Esperanza Shelter, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Mexico, Santa Fe Community Foundation, Kitchen Angels, Girl’s Inc., SWAIA, Site Santa Fe, St. Elizabeth’s Shelter and Gerard’s House.
