The bedrooms walls have smooth finish. Interior walls are insulated for sound proofing. Roof has brai. House is 2" by 6" construction with 1" thick rigid insulation on exterior walls (R-28). Ceilings have R-51. House has stainless steel appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator). House has an over-sized front porch with brick inlay. Back porch also has brick inlay. Garage has in-slab radiant heating with an epoxy finish. Indeed, this is a top-notch custom house!!!
